The devices with the specific hardware version and firmware version which listed below can be reset by following method 1. That means your computer should have an IP address like 192.168.1.X (X is in range of 2~253), and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, the default gateway should be 192.168.1.1 which is the IP address of the device. Ensure that the IP address of your computer is in the same IP range with the device. After the hard reset, the IP address of the device should be change to the default 192.168.1.1, and the default login username and password are both admin (all lower case).ģ. Make sure the device is powered on before it reboots completely.Ģ. Step 3 Release the reset button and wait for the device to reboot.ġ. Step 2 Press and hold the reset button on the rear panel with a pin, while holding down the reset button turn on the router (plug the power back into the unit), and please continue holding down the reset button for approximately 15 seconds.
